Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) gives us God's perspective on divorce ...

   "For the LORD God of Israel says that He hates divorce,

     For it covers one's garment with violence,"

We find throughout the Bible, God "hates divorce" and takes the marriage vows seriously.  Married couples may forget they also made a commitment to God on their wedding day ... but, He won't forget.  God holds all accountable to uphold the commitments they make to Him before witnesses ... no matter what we now think or how we now feel.   That great (and mostly untaught and forgotten) sin of "covetousness" and "thou shall not covet" means being discontent with what we have been given in life ... whether it's a wife or husband (or job, house, money, car, kitchen, nose, height, or anything).  We will all be held accountable in how we have treated our wife or husband.  We are commanded to love them (remember Biblical love is not a "feeling") and to endure the difficult times (which there will be many) ... while treating them the way we would want to be treated with patience and respect, and obeying God's rules and law on the relationships between husbands and wives.  But, for those who have gone through a divorce, take heart, for God has provided a Savior (and a Comforter) ...

Please remember ... the Kingdom of Heaven is available to every man, woman, boy, and girl in this world, no matter who they are, where they live, or what they have done.  It is freely offered to any and all who will receive it.  Simply learn of Jesus (Yeshua), the promised Messiah, invite Him into your life as Lord, believe He died on the Cross for all of your sins and rose from the grave (proving there is a Kingdom of Heaven ... and a coming resurrection for both those who are going to Heaven and for those who are going to Hell).  Learn of Him and believe in Him . . . for He was the only one who has ever loved you enough to substitute Himself for you on the Cross (which represents Hell).  He shed His blood, suffered, and died on the Cross to save you from your sins and from the utter darkness, aloneness, and torment of Hell, if you will accept it, believe it, and trust in it.  That is why Jesus is called Savior.  He now lovingly and graciously offers you life in Heaven (and we are warned it is a "take it or leave it" proposition.)  We have to consciously receive it and accept it in faith.  If you sincerely admit you have sinned (and need a Savior to get into Heaven) and ask Jesus (Yeshua) to come into your life while fully trusting in Him alone to save you from your sins ... and turn back to God while honestly trying to stop doing (and saying) those things God says are wrong, you will go to Heaven ... and with open arms and tears of joy He will receive all who will come to Him in faith and in love ... It's God's Promise!!!

The only unpardonable sin is to reject (or ignore as a common and unclean thing) God's love and His free offer of eternal (and awesomely beautiful and exciting) life in the Kingdom of Heaven by rejecting His Son ... Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in Hebrew) ... who stepped forth from Eternity ("from of old, from everlasting"... see Micah 5:2) ... not to condemn the sinner, but to save the sinner (from the torment of Hell) and who willingly and lovingly shed His blood and bore all of our sins and guilt on the Cross so we can be "washed clean" and forgiven of all our sins.  The Bible also warns there will be no peace in our hearts or minds until we make peace with God through His Son, Jesus (Yeshua), the promised Messiah.       (God's Promise ...)

If you do these things … sincerely and in faith … the Bible promises you can have the complete assurance of eternal life in Heaven.  The Bible tells us Jesus (Yeshua) did all the work for you when He bore all of your sins and died on the Cross ... and was buried ... and was raised (resurrected) from the dead (as "firstfruits" of the coming Resurrection) through the awesome power of God.  The Bible says you can’t add anything to it!!!  When you believe and trust in (and love) Jesus Christ as your "Savior" (who lovingly saves you from your sins and from Hell) ... and then turn away from your sinful ways and turn back to God ("repent"), you can have the complete peace and assurance in your heart that when you die, you will enter into His Kingdom of Heaven ... forever and ever … it’s God’s Promise!!! 

The only thing God asks a NON-believer to do is to "believe"... Jesus (God) did ALL the work ... life in Heaven is OFFERED as a GIFT!!! 

AND many don't realize God’s loving offer (see below) contains both a "BLESSING” and a "CURSE”. . .
