"Wars and Rumors of Wars". . . And Ethnic Group (ethnos) Will Rise Against Ethnic Group . . .
"Now as He (Jesus-Yeshua) sat on the Mount of Olives (in Israel), the disciples came to Him privately, saying, ‘Tell us, when will these things be?’ And ‘What will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the Age?’" (Matthew 24:3)
"Jesus answered and said to them . . . 'And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. (Still before the Rapture and the 'Apocalypse') For nation (ethnic group) will rise against nation (ethnic group), and kingdom (country) against kingdom (country) . . . All these are the beginning of sorrows (Actual translation is "birth pangs"... they will grow closer and closer) (Matthew 24:6-7)
(Note: The original Greek word translated "nation" was "ethnos," from which we get our word "ethnic.") So, although the world has always had false messiahs, cults, wars, ethnic violence and strife, starvation, disease, epidemics, and earthquakes, Jesus tells us that as a sign that we are entering into the last days we will see each of these increase in frequency and size ... and centered around Israel. Described as "birth pangs," these "pains" will continue to grow worse and worse, coming closer and closer together, as signs we are preparing to enter the Apocalypse . . . For then Jesus warns, "For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be [the Apocalypse]. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh [on Earth] would be saved" (Matthew 24:21-22)
Jesus tells us that never in the history of Mankind has there been anything as terrible on Earth as the coming Apocalypse, the "Great Tribulation" - only a small remnant of the world will survive.
Have a hard time believing in God? Just watch the news. The above verses are clear ...
Why? God is warning us . . .
The Kingdom of Heaven is available to every man, woman, boy, and girl in this world. It is freely offered to any and all who will receive it. Simply learn of Jesus, invite Him into your life as Lord, believe He died on the Cross for all of your sins and rose from the grave (proving there is life in Heaven). Learn of Him and believe in Him . . . for He was the only one who has ever loved you enough to substitute Himself for you on the Cross. He suffered and died on the Cross to save you from the torments and darkness of Hell ... if you will accept it. That is why He is called Savior. If you sincerely believe these things and ask Jesus to come into your life and honestly try to stop doing those things God says are wrong, you will go to Heaven. It's God's Promise!!!
The only unpardonable sin is to reject God's love and His free offer of life in Heaven by rejecting Jesus Christ, who stepped forth from Heaven ... not to condemn the sinner, but to save the sinner (from Hell) and who willingly and lovingly shed His blood on the Cross so we can be washed clean of all of our sins. The Bible also says there will be no peace in our lives until we make peace with God, through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible also says there will be no peace on Earth until Jesus Christ returns . . .
